Owner and Senior Inspector
Aaron is a cum laude graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University.
He is a former teacher and the founder of Comprehensive Property Inspection. He still has a passion for education. Instead of classroom instruction, he now helps people understand the most costly expense they have; their home. He will teach you how your home works, how to maintain it, and how to save money.
He is a Certified Home Inspector through InterNACHI, the only certification organization recognized by the US Department of Education for quality, curriculum and rigor. His certification number is NACHI21021519.
Social Media and Marketing Manager
Julia is the chief marketing officer for Comprehensive Property Inspection. She started her creative entrepreneurship journey as the business owner of Julia Marie Designs in 2017.
Julia has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in graphic design and an Undergraduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
In 2022 she transitioned Julia Marie Designs into Luna Bella Media LLC. There is nothing Julia enjoys more than leading a team, inspiring others, and building relationships with clients to make their vision come to life.
